Allica Bank is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to own the architecture and delivery of our cloud platform in a hybrid, UK-based role. You will design landing zones, subscriptions, and networking, while building reusable Terraform modules and secure CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of Allica's cloud platform, including landing zones and network topology.
• Deliver infrastructure through Terraform and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Set engineering standards: code quality, policy as code, release management.
• Embed security and compliance throughout the platform lifecycle.
• Lead platform operations, incidents, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of platform engineers.
