Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Delivery Consultant for the ProServe team in the UK. You will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions aligned to customers' technical and business goals, guiding migrations, architecture assessments, and best practices throughout project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders, lead complex cloud initiatives, mentor teams, and drive successful outcomes while staying current with industry trends and AWS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
• Experience in external or internal customer-facing, large scale projects.
• Containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
• Microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
• API design and management.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
