Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in London is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build and support secure AWS-based environments for critical national security missions at our London site. You will work with a growing cloud engineering team, deliver Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, automate deployments, and support migration of applications into AWS while ensuring performance, resilience and security.

The role requires active eDV clearance, at least three years of AWS experience, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Three+ years of AWS experience in secure environments.
• Experience with Terraform for IaC and cloud automation.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support secure AWS cloud environments.
• Deliver infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Support migration and hosting of applications within AWS.
• Monitor and optimise cloud services for performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams.
