Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager in the UK for ProServe. You will lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, bridging business needs with technical outcomes and guiding cross-functional teams toward successful AWS-based implementations.

The role requires experience managing enterprise IT engagements, Agile leadership, and ability to communicate with executives while ensuring security and governance. UK government security clearance eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, data management, security, and applications.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and execute project planning with agility to meet evolving objectives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
