Bupa is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a care home floor and deliver high-quality nursing care. The role emphasizes promoting resident independence, dignity and well‑being, with clinical guidance to the team and strong leadership to ensure safe operations.

The position involves 42 hours per week, 8am–8pm shifts, with a welcome bonus and the opportunity to contribute to a trusted health and care provider focused on person-centered care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct
• Passion for caring for the elderly and promoting independence, choice and dignity
• Effective communicator who builds strong relationships with residents and families
• Leads, motivates and mentors a team, delegates effectively and promotes excellent service
• Respectful and compassionate team player who gives personal best

Responsabilités

• Promote residents' independence, choice and dignity by guiding the team to provide high standards of care
• Assess residents' wellbeing and ensure physical, emotional and social needs are met with accurate records
• Deliver clinical guidance and lead by example to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the home
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, and foster a sense of community within the home
• Collaborate with local partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area
