Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Pharmacy Assistant (NHS AfC Band 3) to support the Clinical Trials Pharmacy team across Oxfordshire. Qualifications

• BTEC Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills (or an equivalent qualification).
• Related degree in pharmaceutical or science field may be considered as part of qualification.
• Applicants without these qualifications will still be considered but must undertake the provided relevant qualification in Pharmacy Service Skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the supply chain of Clinical Trial medications to research nurses.
• Maintain financial records and drug accountability activities.
• Close down and archive completed studies and facilitate sponsor meetings.”
• Follow GCP training and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Investigators, Research Nurses, Sponsors and Pharmacy staff during set‑up and running of clinical trials.
