Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites in a sponsor-dedicated model. The role emphasizes compliance with GCP, study protocols and regulatory requirements, working with PMs and study leadership.

The candidate will coordinate meetings, manage documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive trial success and maintain high-quality site performance across regional trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with knowledge of GCP.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study team meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
• Assist in regulatory documents and ensure site activities comply with GCP/regulations.
• Support vendor access requests and vendor management tasks (e.g., UATs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial sites through the study lifecycle.
• Monitor site performance metrics, analyze data, and provide reports.
• Mentor junior staff and provide back-up support to the project manager.
