Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Payments Specialist to manage site payments and subject reimbursements for assigned studies. You will ensure payments align with Clinical Trial Agreements and reimbursement plans while working within a sponsor-dedicated model.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity and timely processing, with collaboration across site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of clinical trial budgets.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to apply logic and critical thinking to complex scenarios.
Proactive and communicative with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Develops study-specific site and subject payment strategy with leadership and vendors.
Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders for site activation payments.
Verifies contracts, budgets, and travel/reimbursement requirements in the system.
Reviews and approves site and patient payments; escalates issues as needed.
Ensures timely and accurate payments to sites, investigators, and patients.
Performs periodic data QC and reconciliation reviews.
Serves as a point of contact for investigational sites and internal stakeholders on payments.
