Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate Clinical, Data Management and Regulatory teams, identify risks, develop detailed plans, and act as the main client contact to maintain strong relationships.

Joining our CDS team, you will work with a sponsor in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in clinical research / CRO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Report progress and elevate issues where needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
