Job summary

gtd healthcare in Manchester is offering an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the City Health Centre Walk-in Service in Manchester City Centre. The role is permanent, full-time with flexible working, located at City Health Centre Walk-in Service above Boots Market Street.

The service operates 08:00–20:00, seven days a week, and the APC will perform holistic assessments, manage care plans, provide prescribing as appropriate, and contribute to risk management and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• UK registration in good standing with appropriate professional body.
• Experience in Urgent Care/Primary Care settings.
• Prescribing within scope of practice and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Undertake holistic assessment and clinical examination of patients of all ages.
• Plan, implement and evaluate management plans with safe discharge/referral.
• Provide information on medications and interactions.
