Job summary

Exemplar Health Care in Birmingham is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to support the Home Manager at Otterburn care home. You will lead a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure safe, person-centred care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have NMC PIN and nursing registration.
• 3+ years post-registration leadership/ supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of nursing care best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nursing and care colleagues to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs.
• Maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement in the home.
• Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and CQC standards.
• Supervise the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are timely and accurate.
