Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager in Birkenhead to oversee a home’s daily operations and lead a skilled care and nursing team. You will ensure residents receive high‑quality medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding support within regulatory and governance frameworks.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic oversight of clinical elements, and proactive supervision of care plans, risk assessments and team performance.

Qualifications

First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
Minimum of three years post-registration experience.
Leadership/management experience or relevant training.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet residents' medical and safeguarding needs.
Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee clinical elements, manage risks, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
