Fletchers Group is recruiting a Solicitor (Grade A/B) in Clinical Negligence to join our Leeds team. You will handle high-level clinical negligence cases with autonomy, liaising with clients, experts and stakeholders while maintaining a proactive, commercially focused approach.

You will contribute to strategy, supervise junior colleagues and help drive the team’s success in a collaborative, hybrid working environment with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in clinical negligence.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases from start to finish.
• Strong drafting, communication and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to the team on clinical negligence matters.
• Oversee complex case progression and case tactics with the Team Leader.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure timely, compliant filings.
