Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an experienced Band 7 Team Lead to head the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Fareham. You will lead clinical and operational activity, supervise complex caseloads, and support patients and carers while maintaining recovery-focused, personalised care.

Flexibility and strong leadership are essential. Travel to attend leadership meetings and training across different sites is required.

Qualifications

Relevant professional qualification. Mental Health Nurse with appropriate registration with NMC.
Management or leadership qualification and/or training/experience.
Evidence of other development and/or training which indicates a commitment to continuous development and preparation for management

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the day-to-day operation of the team.
Participate in clinical work where required and engage with complex patients on the caseload.
Supervise the day-to-day work of the clinical team, provide expertise in high-risk cases.
Champion a recovery-focused, personalised care culture and role model for the team.
Take a proactive approach to caseload supervision and management to optimise care pathways.
Deputise for the CRHTT Service Manager as required.
Collaborate with other Team Leaders across sites.
Attend leadership meetings and training across different southern health sites
