Job summary

Qualifications

• District Nursing Specialist Practice Qualification (DNSPQ).
• Extensive community nursing experience.
• Advanced History Taking and Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) or booked to complete within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership to community nursing staff in Windsor and Maidenhead.
• Ensure 60% daily clinical patient-facing activity.
• Oversee induction and ongoing clinical development for staff.
• Champion evidence-based practice to ensure high-quality patient care.
