A local healthcare trust is seeking a junior medical staff member at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary in Wigan. The role involves caring for Cardiology patients under supervision, engaging in clinical activities, and supporting educational initiatives within the team. The post holder will be based at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary in Wigan. The junior medical staff on the wards are responsible for the care of Cardiology patients under supervision of the specialty doctors and consultants in Cardiology.
This role is advertised as a fixed term contract from October 2025 until August 2026.
The role will require you to work across all areas in the Trust, which includes those that are designated as positive, asymptomatic, and negative COVID wards.
