Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical education, training and CPD for nursing staff.
• Ability to support mentors/assessors and develop trainers.
• Organised and motivated with junior leadership experience.
• Experience in audits and setting standards.

• Lead clinical education and resources within Oncology CSU.
• Support mentors and assessors and ensure high-quality practice development.
• Provide supervision on-site and drive CPD activities across the Trust.
• Contribute to service development and adherence to clinical guidelines.
