Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with clinical neurology or dementia training.
• Strong clinical development experience in pharma.
• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle from early phase to post-marketing.
• Proven scientific impact through publications or advisory contributions.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for late-stage (Ph II–III) Alzheimer's trials.
• Design and oversee trial execution with scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
• Offer medical monitoring, patient safety oversight, and data quality assurance.
• Collaborate with regulatory, safety, biomarker, biostats, and operations teams.
• Mentor Clinical Scientists and engage with external stakeholders and investigators.
• Contribute to scientific publications and represent Roche at conferences.
• Contribute clinical input to earlier-stage neuroscience programs.
