Qualifications

• MD, neurologists, clinical training in neurodegenerative diseases.
• Experience in translational medicine, early clinical development, or experimental therapeutics.
• Ability to shape development strategies and influence regulatory packages.

Responsibilities

• Translational Strategy & Program Leadership: Define and execute integrated translational strategies across neurodegeneration programs.
• Biomarker & Endpoint Leadership: Develop molecular biomarkers and functional endpoints for PoC decisions.
• Early Clinical Development (Phase 1/2): Co-lead design and execution of early clinical studies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent Translational Medicine within global project teams.
• External Scientific Leadership: Build collaborations with academic KOLs and technology partners.
• Patient-Centered Development: Integrate patient perspectives into strategies and endpoints.
• Portfolio Contribution & Strategic Input: Inform asset prioritization and indication expansion.
