Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a 100% remote UK role. You will own data management deliverables, timelines, and client communications, while leading project teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in pharma CDM, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and proven leadership in complex data management programs, with a focus on QA and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or 2 years as CDM II).
• Deep understanding of clinical trial data management concepts, dataflows, regulations (ICH-GCP), and data standards.
• Strong leadership skills in CDM activities and leading complex data management projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact and owner of all data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports for assigned projects.
• Serve as the first line of contact for technical, procedural, or out-of-scope discussions, participating in project kick-offs and investigations.
• Plan study-level resources and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and QC processes.
• Maintain Data Management Study Binders and support client audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead eCRF design, annotated CRFs, and participate in database design and UAT.
• Develop study documents including DMP, Data Management Project Plan, and DQRP.
• Oversee data review, query resolution, SAE reconciliation, and data streams from third parties.
• Coordinate with QA for archival documentation and post-go-live changes.
