Job summary

HCA UK is seeking a Float Clinical Case Manager with paediatric and adult experience to support a network of London hospitals. The role covers multi-site clinical leadership, complex care coordination and discharge planning across diverse patient pathways.

Band 6 equivalent with hands-on inpatient experience, plus potential involvement in healthcare insurance settings. This site-based permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly and travel between London locations.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC as an Adult Nurse.
• Extensive inpatient bedside nursing experience in adult and paediatric care.
• Experience in case management or healthcare insurance settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist case management across HCA UK hospital network in London.
• Assess, plan, coordinate and review patient care from admission to discharge.
• Liaise with patients, families, consultants, multidisciplinary teams and third-party payers.
