Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK in London is seeking an experienced Float Clinical Case Manager to provide operational and clinical cover across the private hospital network. This full-time, site-based role involves travel between London locations and flexible hours.

Candidates should be a Band 6 or equivalent with extensive inpatient experience in both adult and paediatric care, plus strong case-management leadership to coordinate complex patient journeys across sites.

Qualifications

• NMC registered adult nurse with extensive inpatient experience in both adult and paediatric care.
• Strong clinical leadership and service coordination skills.
• Experience in case management and utilisation reviews is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist case management across HCA Healthcare UK's hospital network.
• Assess, plan, coordinate and review patient care from admission to discharge.
• Act as liaison between patients, families, consultants, multidisciplinary teams and payers.
• Complete utilisation reviews and obtain authorisation for treatment and discharge plans.
• Support clinical teams by sharing expert case management knowledge and promoting best practices.
