Samsung Electronics UK is seeking a senior leader to head the Client Solutions team within the EU Ad business. You will guide a group of Managers, align with UK and international sales, and leverage data to optimize campaigns while ensuring exceptional client service from start to finish.

You will use your strong communication and analytical skills to build strategic client partnerships, drive revenue, and deliver post-campaign insights that inform future activity. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Management experience with a people-centric approach.
• Experience in account management at a media/tech company; knowledge of TV advertising or digital media is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; comfortable presenting campaign results.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of Client Solutions Managers.
• Coordinate with UK and international leads to align with Sales Managers for revenue growth.
• Advise on campaign strategies using data and platform capabilities.
• Ensure outstanding client service through all campaign phases; troubleshoot issues and update stakeholders.
• Provide post-campaign analyses with insights and recommendations to drive revenue.
