Samsung seeks a Client Solutions Manager to drive partnerships and revenue for Samsung Ads in Europe. You will support UK and international agency sales, leverage data insights to shape campaigns, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales lifecycle.

This role emphasizes an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem solving, and a focus on driving revenue while delivering value to advertisers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management at a media or technology company with TV advertising, digital media, and/or advertising platforms.
• Independent, self-starter with resilience and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign results to advertisers.
• Strong analytical skills to provide campaign insights to internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate long-lasting client partnerships through effective relationship-building.
• Advise UK and international agency sales teams using data and capabilities to shape campaign strategies.
• Provide outstanding client service during sales and post-sales processes, addressing requests promptly.
• Manage each campaign phase efficiently and transparently, keeping sales and clients updated.
• Deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations to drive revenue.
