Job summary

Samsung ESBO in London is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive advertising partnerships across TV, mobile and desktop. You will manage agency and client relationships, advise on campaign strategies and deliver post‑campaign analysis to optimise revenue.

The role requires strong presentation and analytical skills, experience in TV/digital advertising, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management capacity at a media or technology company with experience in TV advertising, digital media, and/or advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign results to advertisers.
• Strong analytical skills to provide campaign insights to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leverage communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate long-lasting partnerships with clients.
• Advise UK and International Agency Sales teams using data and capabilities to optimize campaign strategies.
• Provide outstanding client service throughout the sales and post-sales process, responding quickly to requests and troubleshooting issues.
