Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited represents a private property investment and development organisation on a confidential search for a commercially minded Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join its established in-house property team.

This role offers ownership of a varied portfolio across the UK and Jersey, with the chance to lead on feasibility, design, planning and delivery, working closely with contractors, architects and authorities to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential development, refurbishment and extension projects.
• 2–5 years' post-qualification or industry experience.
• Comfort with taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects from feasibility through handover.
• Prepare and maintain programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Lead design and site meetings and produce progress reports.
• Review drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and health and safety.
• Provide commercially focused advice to internal stakeholders.
