Job summary

Railpen in London is seeking a Senior Client Portfolio Management Analyst to support client portfolios, ensuring alignment with Trustee risk appetite and investment strategies, including transitions to external parties as needed.

You will drive process improvements through automation, contribute to client reporting and governance, and assist with LDI hedging and collateral management within multi-asset portfolios. Collaboration across investment, risk and advisory teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within pensions, fiduciary management or institutional investment industry.
• Understanding of pooled investment funds and unit trading for implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for portfolio interpretation and decision-making.
• Experience improving processes through data analysis, automation, coding or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of implemented client portfolios ensuring alignment to Trustee risk appetite and investment strategies, including asset transitions.
• Lead the identification, development and implementation of process improvements through automation, coding and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support the development, maintenance and implementation of Railpen client reporting including quarterly reporting and portfolio management commentary.
• Support Railpen’s management of LDI, with a focus on hedging and collateral management.
• Coordinate illiquid asset pacing with portfolio management, operations and advisory teams.
• Collaborate across teams to support Total Portfolio Investments initiatives.
