Client Partner
London | Hybrid | Permanent
We’re looking for a senior Client Partner to lead and grow a major global technology account for an established digital consultancy.
This is a senior commercial and relationship-led role, focused on deepening an existing client partnership and expanding the business into new teams, markets and areas of need. There is already a strong relationship and significant delivery activity in place, so the opportunity is less about winning a client from scratch and more about identifying where else the consultancy can add value and converting that into sustainable account growth.
You’ll own senior client relationships and work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams to identify, shape and develop new opportunities.
Typical work sold into the client includes:
Projects can range from shorter strategic engagements through to multi-month delivery programmes and longer-term retained or embedded support.
A major part of the role is growing the account across a complex global organisation: building relationships with new stakeholders, understanding the priorities of different teams and identifying where the consultancy’s capabilities can solve meaningful business problems.
You’ll also take ownership of the commercial health of the account, including pipeline visibility, forecasting, opportunity qualification and early commercial conversations. You’ll be expected to shape initial approaches, team requirements and indicative costs, with specialist teams supporting detailed scoping and delivery.
We’re interested in people who have:
This will suit someone ambitious, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a collaborative environment.
You’ll need the resilience and tenacity to keep developing relationships and creating opportunities when progress is not always immediate, while staying focused on delivering strong outcomes for both the client and the business.
Hybrid London role, with regular time in the office. Some international travel will also be required as part of the global client relationship.
Thanks! Zoe
