Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Senior Associate in London within the New Business Group (NBG) to lead client onboarding and integration efforts for Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing and related services. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and Front Office to drive onboarding from mandate to go-live and support business expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Prime Brokerage, Client Onboarding, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key onboarding partner for Prime Brokerage clients from mandate through go-live.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and Front Office teams.
• Manage onboarding deliverables, timelines and escalations to meet milestones.
• Support onboarding decisions through effective communication and risk awareness.
• Partner with Sales to support business growth, onboarding and expansion opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve scalability and client experience.
• Contribute to operating model enhancements, process optimization and controls.
