Absolute Taste is seeking a Head of New Business Mobilisation (Senior Project Manager) to oversee onboarding, mobilisation and operational integration of new clients across hospitality and food production businesses. The role is field-based with hybrid work from client sites and our offices in Manchester and Bicester, with occasional remote work and weekend/evening flexibility depending on client needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive tailored mobilisation plans and ensure delivery

Formación

• Proven experience within hospitality operations, retail mobilisation, account management or project leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of multi-site hospitality operations.
• Experience across sectors including hotels, restaurants, events, visitor attractions or food production.

Responsabilidades

• Establish client requirements and mobilisation plans across hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate multi-functional project teams to deliver client-led outcomes.
• Lead discovery meetings, workshops and mobilisation planning sessions with clients.
• Support ongoing client retention through strong operational delivery and relationships.
• Cross-functional leadership to align specialist teams across functions.
• Support launch readiness reviews and post-launch evaluations.
• Support the Commercial and Business Development teams during tender processes and client presentations.
