Job summary

Qualifications

• ACCA or ICAEW qualified with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A.
• Solid experience of corporation tax and personal tax.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Good understanding of VAT.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Xero and Sage.
• Experience training and managing juniors.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of regular clients on monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Deliver statutory accounts and management accounts.
• Prepare and deliver corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Assist with basic client tax planning.
• Review work of junior team members, train and manage them.
• Work closely with the division manager and directors.
• Involved in project work including forecasting, cashflows and due diligence.
