Cowgills Limited, part of the Sumer Group, is seeking a commercially driven Executive to join our expanding Corporate Finance team. If you’re passionate about deal-making and thrive in a high-performing environment, this is your opportunity to advance with exciting clients and transactions.

You will work with senior colleagues to lead corporate finance transactions from inception to completion, build client relationships, support pitches, and contribute to growth across the team.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with first-time passes.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
• Confident in presenting and articulating findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion with senior colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors.
• Focus on sell-side transactions with private equity exposure.
• Contribute to pitch meetings and support ongoing team growth.
• Collaborate across the Corporate Finance team on projects.
• Support Partners and Senior Managers on project delivery.
• Assist with research, sector analysis, and transaction screening.
• Prepare financial valuation models and related analyses.
• Prepare information memorandums for marketing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with senior colleagues to lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
• Working predominantly on sell side transactions, with private equity exposure
• Contribute to pitch meetings and support the teams ongoing growth
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance
• Supporting Partners and Senior Managers on project delivery
• Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis
• Prepare financial valuation models and analysis
• Prepare information memorandums for marketing businesses

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent), ideally with first time passes
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
• Confident in presenting and articulating findings
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
