Job summary

Bulletproof, the London-based global brand agency, is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join the studio for a six-month contract. You will lead client relationships and manage day-to-day delivery across multiple brands.

This role requires FMCG experience with major brands, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. You will oversee timelines, budgets and the articulation of briefs, proposals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
• Acting as the key agency lead across multiple levels and brands with trusted client partnerships
• Overseeing timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports and timelines
• Confidently presenting briefs, feedback, proposals and financials to client teams
• Identifying opportunities to unlock new conversations with clients
• Managing the delivery of design projects and workflows to meet timelines and budgets
• Leading day-to-day project deliverables from briefing through artwork, elevating issues when needed
• Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
• Overseeing weekly billing, forecasting and client purchase orders
• Contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches

ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team and be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects while building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
• Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
• Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation
• Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team
• Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
• Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgetsLeading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues
• Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
• Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders broaden your understanding of the client service discipline required
• Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches
