Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) in London seeks a Client Implementation Manager to lead complex Transaction Banking implementations across the EMEA region. You will work with clients to tailor solutions, training, and ensure successful integration of TMS and ERP platforms while upholding high standards of documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project ownership, fostering client relationships, and driving process improvements with a focus on ISO20022,

Qualifications

Experience leading complex client implementation projects in banking/fintech.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across global audiences.
Knowledge of ISO20022 messaging standards and SWIFT initiatives.
Experience integrating with ERP/TMS and API gateways.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for Transaction Banking clients globally.
Promote customer satisfaction and a positive organisational culture.
Foster trusted client relationships with internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.
Deliver efficient integration and comprehensive documentation per global standards.
Lead training sessions on transaction banking solutions.
Drive change initiatives to improve business effectiveness.
