Job summary

Publicis Groupe's CJ Affiliate is seeking a senior Client Development leader for a 12-month FTC to steer a portfolio of UK and global brands. You will manage a team of Client Development Managers and Associates, nurture senior client relationships, and shape long-term strategies using CJ's data, tech and digital capabilities.

Based in our White City office, you will present confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, mentor your team, and drive development aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing with digital media and client services.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Understanding digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour.
• Strategic background delivering business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to commute to White City Office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Development Managers and Associates.
• Lead strategic, commercial discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Steer long-term client strategies across flagship accounts.
• Promote CJ's data, technology and digital capabilities to clients.
• Mentor and upskill team to CJ expectations.
