CJ UK is seeking a senior Client Development leader to manage a team of Client Development Managers and Associates, steering a portfolio of high-profile clients within the affiliates and digital marketing space. The role focuses on strategic, commercial collaboration with senior stakeholders across leading UK and global brands.

You will mentor the team, promote development, and drive long-term client strategies in line with CJ’s global insights and technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media/client services leading digital marketing teams.
• Proven people management and team leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, online consumer behavior, and digital tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Development Managers and Associates for a client portfolio.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across UK & Global brands.
• Set long-term strategies and mentor the team to align with client objectives.
• Establish leadership and knowledge sharing across the CJ UK team.
