This role offers an opportunity to join a high-growth property management company overseeing over 5,000 units. The company is expanding and seeks an experienced Client Accountant with year-end service charge expertise and some supervisory experience.

Your new role

As a Senior Client Accountant, you will:

1. Prepare budget packs with property managers and key stakeholders
2. Prepare year-end service charge accounts
3. Prepare year-end audit packs
4. Prepare client reporting packs
5. Reconcile all bank accounts

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in high-end or luxury residential property beneficial
• Experience in service charge accounting
• Supervisory experience beneficial
