Senior Client Accountant - Property Management Company - £50k-£55k

Your new company
A chance to join a high-growth property management business that is managing over 5000 units. The company is expanding their team and are looking to hire an experienced Client Accountant with year-end service charge experience and some supervisory experience.

Your new role
As a Senior Client Accountant you will:

1. Prepare budget packs with the property managers & other key stakeholders across the business
2. Prepare year-end service charge accounts
3. Prepare year-end audit packs
4. Prepare client reporting packs
5. Reconcile all the bank accounts
6. Utilise QUBE software

What you'll need to succeed

1. High-end / luxury residential property experience beneficial
2. Experience in service charge accounting
3. Supervisory experience beneficial
4. QUBE experience beneficial
