Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale cleaning and facilities management operations.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing large teams.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management capabilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning technologies, safety regulations, and environmental practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and change initiatives.
• Experience in Randburg, Gauteng or similar metro areas is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in facilities management or hygiene are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for all cleaning and sanitation operations in Randburg, Gauteng.
• Oversee and manage a large team of cleaning staff, supervisors, and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Responsible for budget management, financial planning, and cost control for the cleaning operations department.
• Establish and enforce stringent quality standards, health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Implement and optimize operational procedures, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead training and development initiatives for cleaning staff to enhance skills and career progression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients and stakeholders regarding cleaning operations.
