Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning supervision role, preferably within corporate or commercial facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning professionals.
• Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and the safe use of chemicals.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable in South Africa.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required by Randburg corporate schedules.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing cleaning operations.

Responsibilities
