Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Hygiene and Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation efforts across our Randburg facilities. You will develop and implement comprehensive sanitation programs, lead a cleaning team, manage supplies, and perform regular audits to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a hygiene and sanitation management role in industrial or large facilities.
• Proven track record developing and implementing sanitation programs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Relevant health, safety, or sanitation certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hygiene and sanitation programs across all facilities.
• Lead and manage the cleaning and sanitation team to ensure quality.
• Conduct inspections and audits for regulatory compliance and internal standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Investigate hygiene-related issues and address complaints promptly.
