About The Role

Location: London, EC4N Salary: £55,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday and flexible as per business needs

Atlas is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead daytime cleaning operations at a prestigious client site. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high cleaning standards, and fostering a culture of compliance and customer satisfaction.

This role is second-in-command for daytime operations, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement focus to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all cleaning operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and managers, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks, addressing any service gaps.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, working with senior leadership to implement best practices.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, responding promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Account Director and stakeholders for seamless coordination.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, minimizing service disruptions.
  • Provide regular performance reports, offering insights on staffing, quality control, and customer feedback.
