Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling clinical negligence claims to a successful conclusion.
• Ability to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities within a claims environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including complex correspondence and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex or high value claims for NHS Trusts, GPs and NHS England.
• Collaborate with claims function colleagues to deliver fair resolutions and feed lessons into NHS safety systems.
• Promote high technical performance while maintaining exemplary customer service.
• Drive KPI achievement and audit compliance across the team.
• Support career progression through mentoring and training of team members.
