Emerald Group is seeking an experienced Senior Claims professional to oversee high value UK primary losses across Casualty, Motor and Disease, ensuring top-tier claims handling, accurate resourcing, and timely reserves.

You will evaluate policy coverage, lead investigations, and coordinate with TPA/MGA partners to ensure adherence to contracts while maintaining data integrity and stakeholder visibility of losses and developments.

Qualifications

• Solid claims or insurance industry experience.
• Background in primary insurance market preferred.
• Willingness to obtain professional insurance qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of high value UK primary losses in Casualty, Motor and Disease ensuring high quality claims handling; assess coverage, fact investigation, loss valuation and reserves.
• Ensure that claims handling partners (TPA’s & MGA’s) act within contract scope.
• Maintain accurate internal data and records.
• Keep Claims Management and other stakeholders informed of loss potential and material developments.
• Support continual improvement of underwriting interactions and related insurance processes.
