The Role

This is a senior-level role within ourSports Claims Division, acting as a key liaison between clients and insurers to ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards. You will lead all aspects of intricate claims processes, provide outstanding service, and encouraging positive connections with partners throughout the organization.

The key task will be addressing liability claims, as well as aiding in property and personal accident matters. As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of your workload, contribute to strategic projects, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
