Job summary

Chaucer Syndicates Ltd in London seeks a Senior Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of transactional liability and financial lines claims from first advice through settlement. You will instruct surveyors, adjusters and lawyers, and keep accurate records while coordinating with brokers, policyholders and underwriters.

The role requires extensive London market claims experience, familiarity with W&I and Contingent Liability, title claims, and progress toward ACII.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling financial lines claims in London market.
• Experience with W&I and Contingent Liability claims in London market.
• Experience with Title claims.
• Preferably studying towards or completed ACII qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of transactional liability and financial lines claims from first advice through settlement.
• Instruct surveyors, adjusters and lawyers and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with co-insurers and reinsurers and communicate with management.
• Support the head of Third Party Claims and liaise with brokers and policyholders.
