Job summary

Chaucer is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of transactional liability and financial lines claims from first notification through settlement. You will instruct surveyors, adjusters and lawyers, maintain electronic files and report trends to the claims leadership.

The role supports the Head of Third Party Claims and the wider team, liaising with brokers, policyholders and underwriters to ensure timely settlements and compliant handling across Lloyd's and company platforms.
