New Vacancy - Senior Claims Adjuster (Power/Energy)

I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate that is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their growing Energy team.

My client is looking for a London Market Claims professional to manage and handle Power Generation Claims for the Syndicate. This is a new role within the business, requiring someone with 5+ years of experience handling Energy Claims, proficiency in using ECF, and familiarity with Lloyd's Claims Schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to underwriters and management on claim structures and associated risk information to improve underwriting quality.
• Conduct in-person negotiations with clients.
• Attend client meetings in support of Underwriters.
• Manage all assigned claims in accordance with company policies and SLAs.
• Prepare and deliver departmental reports as needed.
• Participate in market meetings and conference calls.
• Record and resolve complaints and incidents in line with company policies.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc tasks and project work.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd's minimum standards and assist underwriters and claims adjusters in claim progression.
