Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an experienced Senior Civils Site Manager to lead a civils/infrastructure project in Northumberland. This freelance role requires strong background in civil engineering, groundworks and safety.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, plan civils and groundworks, and ensure works are delivered on time and to spec, with RAMS and site documentation maintained. Excellent communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civils / Senior Civils Site Manager.
• Strong civils, groundworks or infrastructure background.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS and health & safety.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
