Job summary

Teamforce Labour Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Civils Site Engineer for a permanent role in Acton. You will be responsible for setting out and surveying works, supervising the on-site team, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and RAMS.

The role requires strong site experience, reporting to the Site Manager and coordinating with the broader construction team. You will produce and review RAMS, ITPs and RFIs, maintain precise engineering records, and support with technical

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer within civils and construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and site procedures.
• Experience producing RAMS, ITPs and RFIs and other technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good setting-out and surveying experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
• Relevant engineering qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works on site
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, RFIs and other project documentation
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved procedures
• Checking levels, dimensions and quality of completed works
• Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation
• Assisting with technical queries and resolving site issues
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project management teams
• Monitoring construction activities and ensuring they are completed to the required standards
• Providing technical support and guidance to site teams
• Identifying potential issues and assisting with practical solutions
• Ensuring health, safety and quality requirements are maintained throughout the works
